QUICK & EASY BEEF STROGANOFF

Easy Beef Stroganoff --

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 package (12 ounces) thin sliced beef steak
  2. 1 clove garlic, minced
  3. 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  4. 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  5. 1 jar (12 ounces) beef gravy
  6. Hot cooked egg noodles
  7. Dairy sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUICK & EASY BEEF STROGANOFF

  1. Cut beef steak crosswise into 1-inch wide strips. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Place beef and garlic in skillet. Stir-fry 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes, until outside surface of beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in same skillet over medium heat until hot. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 2 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Add gravy and reserved beef to skillet; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve over noodles. Top with sour cream.
