STEAK & TOMATO SALAD

Beef & Heirloom Tomato Salad with Balsamic Syrup --
30 Minutes or Less
  • Total Recipe Time: 10 to 15 minutes
  • Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

  1. 12 ounces grilled beef steak, cut into slices
  2. 4 cups arugula leaves, torn into pieces
  3. 6 small vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced
  4. 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shavings

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STEAK & TOMATO SALAD

  1. Arrange arugula and tomatoes on serving platter; drizzle with dressing. Top with steak slices; sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese shavings.
