PEPPERY DIJON PARSLEY RUB

How to Mix Rub --
 
  • Total Recipe Time: 5 minutes
  • Makes 1/4 cup

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  2. 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  3. 1 tablespoon cracked mixed peppercorns (black, white, green and pink) or cracked black pepper
  4. 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PEPPERY DIJON PARSLEY RUB

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl; press evenly onto beef steak(s).
  2. Grill, pan-broil or broil steaks; place roast in oven and cook according to chart. Cook to medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness.
