Italian-Style Beef Sausage

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound Ground Beef
  2. 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  5. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  8. 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Ground Beef, fennel seed, salt, coriander, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and red pepper flakes in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
  2. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add beef mixture; cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into 1/2-inch crumbles and stirring occasionally.
