it is easy to make and the taste is the best. very tender

Best brisket ever!! Next time I will make in the crockpot. I did make a couple of substitutions since I was out of some stuff. I used cooking sherry instead of the red and it was perfect. I was also out of chili powder so I used williams chili seasoning mix as the rub. I made more of the sauce and thinned it just a bit more with water before cooking. I used KC masterpiece original BBQ sauce. This tasted amazing! I'm going to make it this weekend in the crockpot with a porkroast to make BBQ pork sandwiches.

This is not true bbq. There is no smoke introduced in the cooking process. This should renamed to BBQ Sauce Braised Brisket.
