CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3/4 cup fresh parsley, well packed
  2. 1/2 cup olive oil
  3. 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
  4. 4 cloves garlic
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor or blender container.  Cover; process until finely chopped. Serve at room temperature.
