LEMON-MUSTARD SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
  3. 2/3 cup reduced-fat dairy sour cream
  4. 1/3 cup Dijon-style mustard
  5. 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  6. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  7. 1 teaspoon honey
  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  9. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LEMON-MUSTARD SAUCE

  1. Heat oil in small saucepan over medium heat.  Add shallots; cook and stir about 2 minutes or until tender.  Remove from heat; cool 1 minute. 
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.  Serve warm.
