SPICY CARIBBEAN GREEN SEASONING

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2 cup chopped celery
  2. 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  3. 1/2 cup fresh tarragon leaves
  4. 1/3 cup garlic cloves
  5. 1/4 cup fresh marjoram
  6. 1 jalapeño pepper, stemmed
  7. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  8. 1 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPICY CARIBBEAN GREEN SEASONING

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor or blender container.  Cover; pulse on and off until finely chopped. Place in small bowl; cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
