Meal Solutions: Sandwiches

Create a little deliciousness between two slices—be it buns, biscuits or bagels—at any meal with these sandwich inspirations that are sure to please the whole family.

Beef and Egg Breakfast Sandwich

1. Layer cooked beef slices, eggs cooked as desired, slice of Swiss, Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese and spinach leaves on a toasted bagel, English muffin, sandwich thin or whole wheat toast.

Steak and Vegetable Cheese Sandwich

1. Layer cooked sliced beef on hoagie, whole wheat or pretzel roll. 2. Top with sautéed bell peppers, onions, mushrooms or combination. 3. Top with sliced cheese or cheese sauce.

Steak Sliders

1. Place cooked sliced beef on top of the bottom halves of mini whole wheat or white hamburger, dinner or slider rolls. 2. Top with red or caramelized onions, spinach, arugula or salad greens and half slice of bacon, if desired. 3. Spread desired condiments on the top halves. 4. Close sandwiches.

Beef and Veggie Wrap

1. Place cooked slice beef in whole wheat, plain or spinach tortilla that has been spread with a thin layer or hummus or herbed cheese spread. 2. Layer fresh salad greens, such as spinach, arugula or mixed baby greens and sliced vegetables, such as grape tomato halves, shredded carrots, red or green bell pepper strips, thinly sliced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion or chopped broccoli florets. 3. Roll up wrap.
