Steak Tacos with Fruit Salsa

Layer cooked steak slices in flour or corn tortillas. Top with a store-bought or prepared mango or pineapple salsa: combine diced mango or pineapple with chopped red onion, chopped poblano or jalapeño pepper, lime juice and fresh chopped cilantro.

Ground Beef Tacos

Combine cooked ground beef with chili powder, corn and prepared salsa. Serve in hard or soft corn tortillas.

Shredded Beef Tacos

Place cooked shredded pot roast or refrigerated fully-cooked pot roast in corn or flour tortillas. Top with chopped white onions, chopped tomatoes and fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with salsa, guacamole and lime wedges.

Grilled Steak Tacos

Layer grilled steak slices in corn tortillas. Top with a mixture of grilled corn kernels, chopped jalapeno pepper, chopped tomatoes, chopped fresh cilantro and lime juice.
