Meal Solutions: Burgers

A good burger starts with a great Ground Beef patty! Try 80/20 Ground Beef if you’re going for a traditional burger. For a leaner (but equally juicy!) burger use 93% lean or leaner Ground Beef, plus an egg white and a dash of bread crumbs.





1. Choose your beef patty (going lean? Try this method!) and bun. 2. Top patty with your choice of cheese, condiments and desired veggies.


BBQ

1. Choose your beef patty and bun. 2. Drizzle on tangy, sweet or spicy barbeque sauce. 3. Top with fresh, crunchy coleslaw.


1. Choose your beef patty and bun. 2. Spread Greek yogurt on both sides of bun. 3. Top patty with sliced cucumbers and onion. 4. Sprinkle on feta cheese.


Caribbean

1. Choose your beef patty and bun. (Note: pre-season burger patty with jerk seasoning prior to cooking) 2. Top patty with pre-made or homemade mango salsa.


1. Choose your beef patty and bun. 2. Spread both sides of bun with Satay sauce. 3. Top patty with shredded Napa cabbage.


Mexican

1. Choose your beef patty and bun. 2. Top patty with guacamole, shredded Mexican or cheddar cheese, and pico de gallo.


1. Choose your beef patty and bun (or go skip the bun and use sliced polenta instead). 2. Top patty fresh mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatoes. Drizzle burger with balsamic vinegar.
