INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 beef Strip Steak Boneless, cut 1 inch thick (about 3/4 pounds)
  2. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  3. 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  4. 1 medium yellow squash or zucchini, sliced diagonally (3/4-inch)
  5. 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BEEF STEAK & VEGETABLES FOR TWO

  1. Combine oil and Italian seasoning; brush on squash. Sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Place beef steak and squash on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 7 to 10 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, times remain the same) for medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness and until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.
  3. Carve steaks. Season beef and squash with salt and pepper.
