INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup uncooked basmati rice
  2. 3/4 cup mixed dried fruit, chopped
  3. 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FRUIT AND ALMOND BASMATI RICE

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions omitting butter or oil. Add dried fruit and almonds during stand time.
