Ingredients & Cooking


  • 1/2 cup finely chopped seeded peeled cucumber
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
