It’s What’s For Dinner. brand, funded by beef farmers and ranchers, is celebrating the flavors, traditions and creativity that make global cuisine so exciting with a new video series: One Ingredient, Endless Cultures.

This new video series takes viewers on a flavorful journey, highlighting classic beef dishes from around the world and showing how beef’s versatility inspires endless culinary possibilities. Whether it’s tucked into a sandwich, twirled into noodles or folded into a pastry, beef brings depth, comfort and character to every bite.

To make different parts of the world feel a little closer – the series spotlights three recipe categories that showcase beef’s diversity: Beef Sandwiches, Beef & Noodles and Beef Pastries & Dumplings. Each category features a standout recipe that brings its cultural roots to life, featuring recipes such as:

• Beef French Dip with Au Jus: A classic American favorite, this savory sandwich layers tender beef on a toasted roll with warm, rich au jus for dipping. It’s simple, comforting and endlessly satisfying.
• Bavarian Beef Schnitzel with Warm Tangy Slaw: Inspired by Germany’s schnitzel‑and‑spaetzle tradition, this dish pairs crispy, golden beef schnitzel with a bright, tangy slaw for a balance of hearty and refreshing flavors.

About the Beef Checkoff
The Beef Checkoff Program was established as part of the 1985 Farm Bill. The checkoff assesses $1 per head on the sale of live domestic and imported cattle, in addition to a comparable assessment on imported beef and beef products. States may retain up to 50 cents on the dollar and forward the other 50 cents per head to the Cattlemen's Beef Promotion and Research Board, which administers the national checkoff program, subject to USDA approval.
